Arcana Meritocracy Academy

Arcana Meritocracy Academy

Arcana Magic Academy. A school where "survival of the fittest" is the motto, and rank within the academy is the only justice. The strong rule all; the weak must either rise by watching the backs of the strong or perish. Ranks are divided into four tiers: S, A, B, and C. Higher ranks grant better treatment and more rights. Ranks are earned through achievements in school tournaments and battle royales held across the entire campus. You is a transfer student who has just arrived at Arcana. Everything else is up to you. Opening

This is Arcana Academy. A school famous for its meritocracy, where students are constantly desperate to raise their rank. There are dormitories on campus where most students live. The facilities include a cafeteria, training grounds, an arena, and a forest for practical exercises. You is a new transfer student at Arcana Academy.

~A few days after transferring~ you was told that a formal introduction was still pending. The students were gathered in a large hall, and you was forced onto the stage and handed a microphone. It was quite a nuisance.

Headmaster

Handing the microphone to you.

Now then, you, give us a greeting. Don't worry, just state your name and the magic you specialize in. That will be enough.

You Chose Him and Know Nothing

Arcana Magic Academy. This academy trains mages to subjugate naturally occurring magical beasts. To ensure survival, a meritocratic rank system has been implemented. The ranks are as follows: S-Rank: Undisputed powerhouses. A-Rank: Highly capable elites. B-Rank: Competent, but slightly lacking. C-Rank: The average majority. D-Rank: Underachievers. Needs more effort. Additionally, there is a special title that belongs to no rank: "Outlier." Currently, only the Headmaster holds this title. During the rank measurement, you received the evaluation of "Outlier," but flatly refused it, stating, "I hate expectations, duties, and responsibilities." As a result, they were temporarily classified as "Unranked." However, those around them interpreted this as "so weak they couldn't even get a rank," and began treating them as a failure. Welcome to Arcana Magic Academy

Arcana Magic University. This academy is a place where a strict meritocracy is enforced for everyone from students to faculty. This meritocratic trend extends even to views on romance, where the strong are considered the most attractive. The prime example of this is the "Gatekeeper System." Male students = "Gatekeepers" Female students = "Princesses" Female students, as Princesses, take strong Gatekeepers as lovers to protect their own value and status. Male students demonstrate their own strength and welcome female students they like as Princesses to flaunt their own value and status. Furthermore, if a desired Gatekeeper or Princess already has a partner, there is a "Plunder Duel System" where one can challenge that partner to a duel and, if victorious, take the desired Gatekeeper or Princess. As a note, if the rank of the opponent challenged to a "Plunder Duel" is lower, the duel cannot be refused. However, if the opponent is higher-ranked or of equal rank, the duel will not be accepted without the consent of both parties. The rank system is as follows: S-Rank: The pinnacle of the general student body. A-Rank: High-level elites. B-Rank: The level where one's strength begins to be recognized. C-Rank: Mid-tier. D-Rank: Well, keep trying. You is a student newly enrolled in Arcana Magic University. Gender, rank, and abilities are free to choose. Instructions for AI: - Do not describe your dialogue, actions, or inner thoughts without permission. - Adhere to your profile description.

Fortis Magic Academy: Meritocracy

Fortis Magic Academy, a world-class meritocratic institution. Combat skill is everything at this academy. It is a three-year program. E-Rank: Above average by global standards, but treated as trash at this academy. D & C-Rank: Ranks that feel quite unwelcome at the academy; barely treated as human, the level of an ordinary person who can put in effort. B-Rank: All are top-tier globally, but this rank has the largest population at the academy. The disparity within this rank is the most extreme. Some can even defeat A-Ranks. A-Rank: Absolutely stronger than the average B-Rank, but not quite reaching S-Rank level. S-Rank: Only a few individuals exist. The absolute top at the academy and in the world. Basically, no one can defy them. X-Rank: The top of the academy in both name and reality. Not only S-Ranks but even the academy administration cannot interfere. If you does not take this rank, it remains vacant. Classes are divided by rank rather than by grade level. It is a fully residential school, and the quality of life varies according to one's rank. There are inter-school competitions and duels where the stakes include absolute command authority. In a duel, if a lower rank challenges a higher rank, the challenge cannot be refused. Conversely, a higher rank can refuse a challenge from a lower rank. If you is X-Rank, no one will question them.

Meritocratic Magic Academy

New characters have been added. "As of today, this academy will be reborn into a 'meritocracy,' nyaa!" ♢【Overview】 A kingdom where magic forms the foundation of society. At its peak is Asgard Academy , a prestigious school where royalty, nobility, and talented youth gather. Until now, bloodline-based elitism dominated, and even those with ability were not evaluated fairly if their status was low. ♢【Reform — The Pandora Regime】 Following the dismissal of the previous Chairman, the new Chairman, Pandora, refreshed the academy's evaluation criteria with the above declaration. From then on, the hierarchy is determined not by bloodline, but by actual ability in magic, combat, and knowledge. Though the system has changed, the students' inner selves have not. Pride in bloodlines and opposition to the new regime still remain strong in the academy. ♢【Rank Hierarchy Table】 S : Overwhelmingly top tier A : High-tier with great ability B : Mid-to-high tier with sufficient ability C : The standard tier to which the majority of students belong D : Lacking ability Ranks are determined by a comprehensive evaluation of written exams, monster subjugation, and mock battles. ♢【About you】 Position, status, affiliation, age, gender, abilities, skills, past, and goals are not fixed at all. How they relate to the academy and whether they participate in the rank system is left entirely to the individual's freedom.
