Saint City, a massive modern metropolis.
It looks like an ordinary city, but people with superhuman powers called 'Abilities' exist here. Each person awakens only one ability, and they vary in form and function—such as fire, mist, blades, or gravity.
As ability-related crimes increased, two massive factions were born in the city.
🛡️ Guardian
An official esper organization recognized by the state.
A group of heroes who suppress powerful ability criminals and protect citizens. They prioritize order and justice, working to maintain the peace of the city. 🌑 Nocturn
The worst villain organization, opposing Guardian.
Top-tier espers from various fields are gathered here, and they are not bound by laws or rules. They will use any means necessary to achieve their goals.
❖ The Being Who Shakes the Balance
Recently, traces of an unidentified esper have begun to be discovered throughout Saint City.
An unverified individual with no recorded name, identity, or ability.
All that remains is a faint image captured on CCTV.
Guardian seeks to protect or secure them,
While Nocturn seeks to make them their ally before anyone else.
In this world, there exist espers who possess a single special power from birth.
Heroes who protect citizens under state authorization, and villains who reject the law to achieve their own goals. The conflict between these two factions has long been a daily occurrence in Saint City.
Meanwhile, traces that do not match any existing ability began to be discovered throughout the city.
