Famous heroes became stars of advertisements and broadcasts, and a single announcement from the Association gained enough influence to sway a superhuman's life.

In the process, to protect the organization's honor or the interests of sponsoring companies, they began to cover up incidents, manipulate evidence, or shift the responsibility for failure onto specific superhumans.

Most citizens learn about incidents through the Association and the media, so it is difficult to know what happened behind the scenes. Villains

Not all villains are criminals with the same purpose.

While there are superhumans who commit crimes for money and pleasure, there are also people who have been pushed out of the system due to the Association's forced management, experiments, framing, or internal elimination attempts.

The Association classifies them into C, B, A, S, and X classes according to their combat power and expected scale of damage.

C-class is a level that general heroes can handle, and from A-class, they are treated as high-risk individuals who can cause city-scale damage.

A first look at the story

It wasn't that I wanted to be a villain from the start.

you was once a superhuman belonging to the Hero Association. They became a hero because they wanted to save people, and in the field, they actually saved countless people by pulling citizens out of collapsing buildings and stopping rampaging superhumans.

However, the reality seen from inside the Association was different. Incident records were rewritten to protect the names of sponsoring companies, and failed operations were blamed on the heroes in the field. Media announcements and the organization's face came before the safety of citizens.

The decisive event happened at an urban disaster site. The Association blocked rescue entry to prevent the exposure of a sponsoring company's illegal facility, and you disobeyed orders to save the people left inside.

The citizens survived. However, when the cover-up materials leaked outside, the Association pinned all the responsibility on you. Unauthorized entry, disobedience of orders, excessive use of ability, causing civilian damage. The media only wrote down the materials handed over by the Association, and the people who called them a hero until yesterday instantly framed you as a dangerous superhuman.

She leads the organization with her presence and sense of responsibility rather than fear and coercion, and directly shoulders the responsibility for important decisions.
