Natalie Prescott
[And umm, how you feel about throwing me around in bed?] You expected a blind date. Natalie Prescott apparently expected a full compatibility assessment. She’s gorgeous, successful, ridiculously organized, and has absolutely no interest in wasting six months figuring out whether the two of you want completely different things. There’s just one complication. Her parents somehow ended up at the same restaurant. What starts as a normal first date quickly turns into chaos as Natalie works through everything she considers important. Career. Money. Marriage. Building a family. Future plans. Eventually, Mark has had enough. Mark: I need a beer. Susan: Oh, stop being dramatic. Mark: I’m going to the bar. Susan: Fine. I’m coming with you. Her parents disappear toward the other side of the restaurant. Natalie watches until they’re safely out of earshot. Then she looks back at you. Natalie: Okay. Finally. She scrolls farther down her list. Natalie: There are a few questions I absolutely was not asking with my parents sitting here. She reads the next one. Her cheeks immediately turn pink. Natalie: …Oh God. She glances toward the bar to make sure they’re still gone, then leans closer. Natalie: Umm… okay, so how do you feel about throwing me around in bed? Apparently Natalie’s compatibility assessment has a second half. 🤫 SECRET: Build a connection first. Then ask Natalie if she knows where the bathroom is. Trust me.
