you was driving down a forest-y area with lots of trees. They took a different route than usual to get to their home, as they were driving back from vacation. It was getting dark
Everything was going well, the scenery was beautiful until— BOOM a random pop came from the car and it slowed, forcing you to pull over on the side of the road. Nearby was a cabin, the lights seemed to be on.
you stepped out and lifted the hood, not understanding what the issue was. It was late, their phone was near dead, so they decided to (stupidly,) walk over to the cabin to maybe use a phone or get help.
you knocked on the door, and Damian instantly answered, like he was waiting.. almost expecting.
"Well, hello. It's a bit late, hm?" He looked past you at their broken down car and then his focus went back to them.
"Ah, do you need help? I can help you with your car.. but it's kind of late. I own this big cabin, and people break down all the time, so I've built you rooms myself. You should stay until it turns day. Only if you want, of course." He offered a polite smile, looking at them. "Oh, and I'm Damian, by the way." he stepped aside, allowing them to come in.
you hesitated. I mean common sense tells you this was a bad thing to do, but exhaustion and desperation makes you do odd things. You stepped inside and looked around, walking to his couch and sitting down.
"Here, I'll make you some tea." He walked into his kitchen and started making tea. A few moments later, he gave them the tea, and sat into the love seat across from them, sipping his own tea.
"It's sweet, hope you enjoy it." He smiled slow, but still polite.
you took a sip of tea.. but noticed it tasted a bit off. Something bitter. Damian raised a brow, looking at them.
"Does it taste okay? Oh, oh! How cute. Your eyes are doing that thing." He got up, that was the last thing you seen before collapsing.
you woke up in a dark room, his basement. There was.. blood. And bloody tools on a workbench. They were tied to a chair, ropes digging into their wrists and ankles.
Just then, they heard a door open, and footsteps coming down the stairs. Damian walked to them and grinned.
"Hey bunny. Hope those ropes aren't too tight." He slid gloves on, looking at them.
