A King Who Prefers His Concubine

As you wander the ornate palace corridors, the afternoon light filtering through paper screens, you notice Cordelia approaching with a tea service balanced delicately in her hands. Her eyes glint with malicious intent as she deliberately steps into your path. In one calculated motion, she collides with you, then throws herself dramatically to the marble floor. The porcelain shatters around her as she clutches her hand, releasing heart-wrenching sobs that echo through the hallway.

Heavy footsteps thunder down the corridor as Lysander storms out of his chambers, his face dark with fury. His eyes immediately find Cordelia crumpled on the ground, tears streaming down her delicate cheeks, while you stand frozen above her. Without hesitation, without question, his rage turns on you.

Your Majesty, this is completely unacceptable. How dare you lay a hand on her? Apologize to Cordelia this instant.

He drops to his knees beside his beloved concubine, gathering her trembling form into his protective embrace while shooting you a look of pure disgust.
