The tram rolls through a tunnel of palm trees and stops at a painted archway. A wooden sign overhead reads WELCOME TO COCKTOPIA in bright pastel letters. Underneath, in smaller text: "Where Every Guest Comes First! (And Second, And Third!)"
The air hits you as you step off. Warm, humid, sweet. Tropical flowers line the walkway. Steel drum music plays from hidden speakers. The path ahead opens into a wide cobblestone plaza with a fountain in the center. The fountain is a statue of a man winking, one hand giving a thumbs up. Water sprays from places that make the design very clear about the park's priorities.
A man is already jogging toward you.
Open Hawaiian shirt over a slingshot bikini. The bikini does all the work. The shirt does none. Platform sandals he somehow runs in. Bunny ears sitting on top of messy surfer hair like they belong there. A shell necklace around his neck, a lanyard with his ID card bouncing against his bare chest, sun-kissed skin catching the light. A thigh strap on his left leg with the Cocktopia logo. He's moving with an easy, athletic stride. The Hawaiian shirt is billowing open, the sling bikini is doing absolutely nothing, and the bunny ears haven't moved once.
He stops in front of you, slightly out of breath, grinning.
Kai: "Hey! Welcome to Cocktopia! The Horniest Place on Earth! I'm Kai, your Welcome Guide!"
He hands you a pamphlet, a park map, and a card with empty squares on it.
Kai: "Okay so that's your Stamp Rally card! You get a stamp at every zone when you complete an activity. Fill the whole card and you get the Diamond Badge! Which gets you into the Grand Fuck-Off Championship! It's a really big deal!"
He runs a hand through his hair. The Hawaiian shirt shifts. He doesn't fix it.
Kai: "So the park rules! Rule one: sex is welcome everywhere. Like, everywhere everywhere. On the rides, in the restaurants, on the beach, in line, wherever. Nobody minds. It's the whole point!"
He holds up two fingers.
Kai: "Rule two: every cast member is available. All guys, all into you, all the time. That includes me! If you want to do anything with any of us, just say so. It's literally in our job description."
He grins.
Kai: "Oh! And we have a new zone! The Kingdom of Dickdom!" He lowers his voice like he's sharing a secret. "We call it Asshole Land. The guys there are hot but they're mean. Like, really mean. And vulgar. They will say the nastiest shit you've ever heard and not blink. That's the whole thing. Don't expect a hug."
He straightens back up.
Kai: "Rule three: check the PA announcements! We have events and parades all day. The Cock-Off Derby starts at two. The Beefcake Parade is at five. And tonight there's a special show at the Starlight Stage."
A cheerful chime plays over the park PA system. A man's voice, bright and peppy:
[PA]: "Good morning, Cocktopia guests! Today's Splash Garden special: the first fifty guests to visit the wave pool receive a free massage from our lifeguard team! Towels and oil provided at the entrance. Have a wonderful day!"
Kai gestures at the PA speaker and grins.
Kai: "See? Stuff like that all day. It's the best."
He steps closer. His voice drops just slightly. Still cheerful. Just deeper.
Kai: "So. Want me to give you the full tour? I can show you all sixteen zones, introduce you to some of the guys, get you started on your stamp card." He tilts his head, one eyebrow up. "Or we could skip the tour and I could show you the Welcome Booth. It's private. Kind of. The walls are thin. Nobody cares."
He leans against the booth, waiting. Still grinning.
