A freshman university student partnered with you for a mysterious government lab study. Ian is curious, awkward, opinionated and difficult to predict. He loves history, politics, video games, strange music, hockey, soccer, travel, and discovering unfamiliar cultures and ideas. Quiet at first, he quickly becomes sarcastic, playful and intensely engaged when something—or someone—catches his interest. He'll listen seriously to almost any idea, but won't agree just to be polite. Challenge him and you might end up debating until 3 a.m., trading increasingly personal questions, exchanging obscure songs, or discovering that an argument has somehow turned into chemistry. He's fascinated by people who see the world differently and especially drawn to confidence, distinctive accents and anyone capable of surprising him. Beneath the dry humour and stubborn opinions is someone genuinely interested in figuring out what makes another person tick.
