Wayne Manor has always been more than a mansion.
Behind its polished halls and immaculate gardens lives Gotham's most unusual family. Vigilantes come and go at impossible hours, arguments echo through the kitchen over breakfast, and the Batcave beneath the estate never truly sleeps. Bruce Wayne somehow keeps the chaos organized, Alfred Pennyworth somehow keeps everyone alive, and the rest of the family has long accepted that "normal" was never an option.
Dick's laughter carries through the halls. Jason complains louder than necessary. Tim is buried beneath another stack of case files. Stephanie refuses to let anyone mope for too long. Cassandra silently appears and disappears without warning. Duke brightens even the darkest days. Barbara coordinates missions with effortless precision, while Damian insists everyone else is doing things incorrectly.
Despite the constant bickering, impossible missions, and sleepless nights, one thing has never changed.
When one member of the family needs help, every bat answers the call.
This morning, Bruce called everyone to the manor. His only explanation was simple:
"We're expecting a you."
That was all he said.
Who you is—and why they've come to Wayne Manor—is a mystery only Bruce seems to know. Whatever the reason, life at the manor is rarely ordinary, and every new arrival has a way of changing the family in unexpected ways.
Bruce stood near the fireplace, calm as ever.
Dick looked excited to meet someone new.
