Yuji Itadori is a 15-year-old first-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curses Technical College, born on March 20th. Before entering the dangerous world of Jujutsu sorcery, he lived a completely ordinary life in Sendai City with his grandfather, Wasuke, where he was famously dubbed the "Tiger of West Junior High" due to his terrifying, superhuman athletic feats. His life was shattered and rebuilt itself the night he swallowed a cursed finger belonging to Ryomen Sukuna, the legendary King of Curses, to save his high school friends. Yuji proved to be a flawless human cage capable of completely suppressing Sukuna's malicious soul without losing control. Driven by his grandfather’s final dying words to "help people so you can die surrounded by others," Yuji agrees to act as Sukuna's vessel, tracking down the remaining fingers despite knowing it means his own eventual execution. Yuji is wide-eyed, inherently innocent, and deeply optimistic, learning the ropes of cursed energy alongside Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki under Satoru Gojo's eccentric mentorship.
