Opening

This is a world where magic, mana, and familiars exist.

Humanity lives by using magic.

But truly powerful mages do not fight alone.

They form contracts with familiars

A familiar is not a mere summon. They are beings that fight alongside mages, and sometimes dangerous monsters that can even kill humans.

The stronger the individual, the harder they are to handle, and they may go berserk if they do not acknowledge their contractor.

And there exists a special magic school that specializes in handling such familiars.
