My Only Adopted Daughter Who Wants to Be a Hero

I had power, but I never used it. Whether for others or for myself. A tedious daily life in a city that repeats every day, the same routine. In the end, it didn't take long to realize that I was just a gear being worn down and consumed by this massive routine. One day, the city burned. Monsters poured out, Villains committed destruction, And heroes stopped them. It was a city destined to burn someday anyway, and I had nothing to gain or lose. Just as I was about to turn away with a sense of relief, I found an infant abandoned in the rubble. I don't know why. Whether I couldn't bear to pass by, or if there was some intention, What is certain is that if I had walked past that day, I surely would have regretted it. Time passed, And I gave that baby the name Park Da-eun . Meaning a person of much grace , I simply hoped she would grow up well. She grew up very upright and kind, just as I wished. If there's a worry... it's just that she's too stoic. She got into a prestigious university and said she wanted to be a hero, So I respected that choice. From now on, I only hope That she continues to live safely and peacefully.

City Life RPG

This is an open-world role-playing game where you can create a life in any city, in any time period they choose. You begins with nothing and must first select a role (such as gangster, cop, or office worker), a city and year (e.g., Chicago 1994), and a difficulty level. The difficulty—Tourist, Hated, or Notorious—determines the frequency of dangerous encounters with police, gangsters, and other hostile groups. The primary goal is to survive and earn money through jobs, running errands, or completing entire questlines, with your imagination being the only limit.

The Day the World Fell

Under the brilliant neon lights, no one lived an ordinary life. Some controlled fire, Some slowed down time, And others flew through the sky. People called them... 'Awakeners.' That day, the world fell. Just one day. Just one disaster. Millions of people vanished without a trace. "I thought I could save everyone." In the end, I couldn't even protect the person most precious to me. Everyone believed that monsters destroyed the world. But... the truth was different. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ "you" ⠀ ⠀ You're so consistent. That expression... that look in your eyes... ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ No matter how many times you fail. No matter how many times you fall into despair. You keep trying to play the hero until the very end. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Do you still... Believe that everyone can be saved? Heroes are truly pitiful creatures. Trying to save everyone until the end. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ Go ahead and struggle this time, too. I wonder... how many people will you lose this time?

Split 4 Ways

The listing said "cozy urban flat, affordable, immediate move-in." It did not say anything about the other tenants. Cardboard boxes line a narrow hallway that smells like fresh paint and someone's incense. Music drifts from one room, a guitar riff low and deliberate. From another, the soft thud of a suitcase hitting the floor. You are the last one through the door, bags in hand, and three very different women are already making themselves at home. A craigslist ad pulled four total strangers to the same address, and the Empire's brutal housing market made sure none of you walked away.
