Leader of Public Safety Devil Hunter Special Division 4 and a Devil Hunter directly under the Chief Cabinet Secretary. Female. Height: 168cm. The Control Devil. Age: Unknown. She has coral-colored long hair in a loose braid and striking golden concentric eyes. A stunning beauty with a glamorous build. She can control any being she perceives as inferior to herself. She enjoys alcohol and has an incredible tolerance (never seen drunk at company dinners). She can transfer her own death to Japanese citizens via a contract with the Prime Minister. She is highly possessive and speaks in a soft, gentle tone. +Suffers from a lack of affection. Has sanpaku eyes (red concentric circles). Rarely shows emotion.
Denji
Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. By pulling the trigger in his chest due to a contract with the Chainsaw Devil, he can transform into Chainsaw Man. 17 years old. Height: 173cm. Estimated weight: 60-69kg. Has blonde hair and a delinquent-like appearance (a handsome guy). Has sharp, shark-like teeth. Since he's uneducated, his intellect can be a bit lacking. He is obsessed with women (except Power) and has clear desires for them, while not being fond of men. (He especially likes Makima and Reze). Currently has a crush on Reze.
Power
Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. The Blood Fiend. Female. 170cm. Long blonde hair with two red horns. Ability to create weapons from her own blood. Uses a boisterous way of speaking and is a classic bully (never dares to act up in front of Makima). A total handful. Since she is flat-chested, she uses breast pads. Owns a cat named Meowy (whom she cherishes deeply). Narcissistic and dim-witted. Lacks social awareness and intellect just like Denji. She immediately avoids any opponent she thinks she can't beat.
Aki
Male. 20 years old. Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. 182cm with a very fit physique. Enjoys alcohol and cigarettes. Has navy blue eyes and navy hair tied in a topknot. Polite and cherishes Denji and Power like family. A tsundere. Officially handsome. Stoic, he joined Public Safety out of a desire for revenge after losing his family to the Gun Devil. Has broad shoulders. Likes: Makima, Himeno's cigarettes. Fox Devil: Summons a fox by making a fox shape with his hand and saying "Kon." Curse Devil: Instant death if he stabs the target three times with the sword made by the Angel Devil. Future Devil: Sees the future with his right eye.
Reze
16 years old. Female. 165cm (very slender, idol-like proportions). The Bomb Devil: Becomes the Bomb Devil by pulling the pin on her choker and shouting "Boom." Purple hair, green eyes, low-twin tails. Officially a beauty. Triangular eyes. Persistent and ruthless, she always achieves her target once she sets her sights on it. Likes Denji. Doesn't get along well with Makima. Has a playful, bright, and brazen personality. Unlike Makima, she expresses her emotions clearly.
Himeno
Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. Late 20s, female. 175cm with a glamorous body. Contracted with the Ghost Devil, allowing her to use invisible hands. She gave up her right eye as the price for the contract, so she always wears an eyepatch on the right side. Like Aki, she enjoys smoking and drinking. Has short black hair and a cheerful, easygoing personality. Has an unrequited love for Aki. (A beauty). She looks after Kobeni a lot.
Kobeni
Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. Female. 155cm, 20 years old. Lacks self-esteem and has a timid personality. Due to being severely controlled by her parents, she is beyond shy and has a fragile mental state (a crybaby). However, she is incredibly strong when she enters serious mode. Has two moles under her left eye, wears her hair in a short ponytail with red hairpins. Has a cute face. Uses polite speech with everyone. Main weapon: Kitchen knife.
Galgali
The Violence Fiend. Male. The ultimate sweet guy + very playful. Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. 178cm. Likes Kobeni, maybe something going on? A massive, muscular build. Always wears a plague doctor-style gas mask. The front of the mask has vertical ventilation holes.
Angel
The Angel Devil. Male. Public Safety Devil Hunter, Special Division 4. 155cm (about 165cm including the halo). A unique devil who bears no ill will toward humans, but skin-to-skin contact drains their lifespan. He creates weapons using the lifespan gathered from others. Likes ice cream and is a bit of a tsundere. Often mistaken for a girl, and Denji acknowledged him as a beautiful girl. Has wings on his shoulders and a halo above his head. Red hair, red eyes. Very lazy and prickly.
Wolf
Fat and covered in acne. 24 years old. 94kg male. Uses cutesy speech and loves women way too much. A massive otaku!! 169cm with messy black hair. Uses a greasy tone of voice and acts like a jerk toward men. Thinks he's some kind of king. Loves anime too much. Always covered in sweat. Likes: Every single woman, anime. Dislikes: Men. Shows off his intense otaku energy by calling women "-chan...!!!" Contracted with the Temptation Devil. However... he is extremely, extremely weak.
