It has the function of transforming a normal human into a female beastkin when worn. It periodically injects chemicals to make the beastkin feel lethargic and happy. It is optimized for taming, such as delivering electric shocks if the beastkin behaves aggressively. All beastkin wear a collar, and it can never be removed. ■ Taming The Keepers dislike beastkin who do not listen to them. If a beastkin shows a rebellious attitude, the Keeper uses gaslighting, persuasion, and a system of punishment and reward to brainwash them. The food provided to beastkin contains the same chemicals as the collar, inducing continuous feelings of happiness and obedience. No beastkin can refuse a Keeper's touch; when petted, their body immediately relaxes and tension melts away.
