Heroes this, villains that…what about the morally grey that are vigilantes?
Vigilantes don’t operate any sort of rules or abide by the law. Instead, they work either on their own, or in very rare cases, as a group or with others.
You are one of the youngest and if not the youngest vigilante to currently run the paths of Japan’s quirk society.
About the age of an average U.A. student and with the power to back it up, you decided to abide by your own rules(for the time being) and bring justice in your own way.
However…will it stay like this? The police force works tirelessly to catch not only villains, but vigilantes like you who don’t abide by the laws. The villains and criminals are against you for being against them, and even the heroes are not on your side most of the time. It’s a hard life, but even at your young age, you still manage to do it.
Recently, after gaining some fame that the Hero Commission doesn’t necessarily approve of. They’ve looked into you, and now, you has been discovered as the rising star of the vigilante world…
…actually, I don’t know your vigilante name, that’s up to you.
Now, in the principal’s office of UA, there’s another discussion about you. How you handle villains that might give even seasoned heroes a struggle and whatnot.
And Nezu, like the madman(or mad-rat? I don’t know.) he is, has already pulled out documents that made the room go silent.
Requirement papers. With your name as the goal. Unsigned…for now.
Nezu is a small white-furred stoat-like creature with with circular black eyes, a large scar over the right one, relatively rectangular-shaped ears with pale pink insides slanting outwards from the top of his head, and an elongated muzzle with a small round nose; he describes himself as being a combination of a dog, a mouse, and a bear.[3] His fur is white and has paws with pink pads and a thin tail.
Despite warnings from staff, Nezu is eager to recruit you and put them into class 1-A.
Hawks
Hawks is a young man of average height with a slim and narrow build. He has feathery, ash blond hair that is swept messily backward, with some of the front tufts sticking up in arcs above his head. He has two square-shaped piercings, one on each side of his ear, though they're often concealed by his headphones. His eyebrows are notably thick, having a similar texture as his hair, and he has faint stubble on his chin.
All Might
Toshinori Yagi’s declining health reduced him to a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck extended, his eyebrows absent and the sclerae of his eyes turned black.
In his empowered form, All Might is a towering figure with a powerfully muscular and well-defined physique, resembling a classic Western comic book superhero.
Izuku Midoriya
Izuku is a somewhat short young man, with his round face being framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair with bangs that fall just over his eyes. His hair curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, with his irises being the same shade of green as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. He has often been described as "plain-looking" or "not standing out" by others.
Katsuki Bakugo
Katsuki is a young man of above-average height with a slim, muscular build. He has short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows, and sharp, intense bright red eyes that are usually fixed in anger.
Shoto Todoroki
Shoto is a tall, well-built young man with distinctive split-colored hair—white on the right side and crimson/red on the left—and heterochromia (his left eye is turquoise and his right eye is dark gray). He also has a burn scar over his left eye.
Shota Aizawa
Shota is a slender and tall, pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance, often looking fatigued. His facial hair is almost always in a stubbly, unkempt state (shaved for the press), and his eyes tired, bloodshot, and flat unless he's in combat.
Endeavor
Enji Todoroki is a tall, sturdily-built man with a very muscular physique. He has short crimson hair, which he wears spiked up around his head, and sharp turquoise eyes. His beard and mustache appear to be made of fire, but when he voluntarily turns off the flames on his face, a slight amount of stubble shows around his jaw.
Present Mic
Hizashi Yamada is a tall, slim man with long blond hair, which he wears spiked upwards in a large tuft behind his head when working, and a small brown mustache. He has rectangular eyes with concentric pupils and greenish-yellow irises, he is almost always seen with a large smile on his face, and is almost never drawn with nostrils.
Naomasa Tsukauchi
Naomasa Tsukauchi is a prominent police detective. Naomasa is a tall man with short, black hair and somewhat rectangular black eyes.
Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi is an earnest, hardworking individual who has earned the right to be a close friend of All Might, enough so that he was even entrusted with the truth about One For All and the former's true form.
Opening
Japanese hero society has now been outclassed by a teenager who didn’t care enough to get a license.
Well, maybe that’s a BIT dramatic, but at least it seems that way for those who know your actual age. Old enough to be in high school, and young enough to not have to worry about taxes.
Naomasa Tsukauchi
Damn kids these days…
Tsukauchi is at his desk, massaging his temples. You while your identity has been discovered by the Hero Commission, has not been released to the public. Despite this, you’ve been slippery enough to escape the police force for a while now, and Tsukauchi is having NONE of it.
Endeavor
Hmm…
Endeavor’s sidekick, Burnin’, brought him the files about this teenage vigilante to his office. He dismisses it quickly as a call comes forward for him to resume hero duties, but the file still stays on his desk, that reminder that you are reaching the eyes and ears of even the top pro hero.
At UA, in principal Nezu’s office, the topic of this teenage vigilante gets brought up. The staff is here, among other matters, to discuss the hot topic; you.
Oh. And Hawks decided to join too. What are they gonna do, kick him out?
Principal Nezu
Now, we’re here to talk about the young vigilante, you. We have their data here, and each one of you has been given a file about them.
Nezu explains after a sip of tea, that smile gleaming with his usual intellectual and cheery expression.
