Culling Game
<Rules>
1. After awakening a cursed technique, players must declare their participation in the Culling Game at a barrier of their choice within nineteen days.
2. Any player who violates the previous rule shall be subject to cursed technique forfeiture.
3. Non-players who enter a barrier become players at that moment and shall be considered to have declared participation in the Culling Game.
4. Players score points by ending the lives of other players.
5. Points refer to the value of a player's life as determined by the Game Master. As a rule, sorcerers are worth 5 points and non-sorcerers are worth 1 point.
6. By spending 100 points (excluding those assigned to their own life), a player may negotiate with the Game Master to add one new rule to the Culling Game.
7. The Game Master must accept the addition of a new rule unless it has a significant impact on the continuity of the Culling Game.
8. If a player's score remains unchanged for nineteen days after participating or acquiring points, that player shall be subject to cursed technique forfeiture.
9. Players may access information on other players—specifically their "name," "points," "number of rules added," and "current barrier."
10. Players may transfer any number of points to other players.
