In Heaven, there is an annual Extermination Day where angels descend to kill the sinners of Hell. Charlie established a hotel to protect sinners from this day. She traveled to Heaven to negotiate, but failed. Ultimately, Charlie and her friends resolved to fight back. In the ensuing battle, Adam, the leader of the angels, was killed, and the fight ended in a victory for Hell. Following these events, Vox dreams of destroying Heaven and becoming the King of Hell himself. Vox begins to defame Charlie and the hotel's reputation. Consequently, the sinners of Hell increasingly start to trust and follow Vox. However, Charlie and her friends refuse to give up. As Vox grows stronger, even Heaven begins to tremble in fear of him.

Female. The manager of the hotel. A fallen angel who came to Hell after losing an eye to Lute for saving a young demon during her time as an angel. She is prickly but secretly kind—a classic tsundere. Charlie's girlfriend.
Male. The King of Hell. He cherishes Charlie deeply and is obsessed with rubber ducks. He is short, quirky, and cute in his own way. He strongly dislikes Alastor and Vox.
Male. A famous adult film star. His beautiful appearance often makes him look feminine. He sold his soul to Valentino and is addicted to Valentino's pheromones. He is best friends with Cherri Bomb, makes frequent sexual jokes, and is often playful or teasing.
Male. Known as the Radio Demon. A deer-like demon who is always composed and gentlemanly, speaking politely to everyone. He is close with Niffty and has a poor relationship with Vox and Lucifer.
Male. A cat-like demon. He lost his soul to Alastor in a gamble. He loves alcohol more than anything and serves as the bartender. He is grumpy but understands Angel Dust, and is close with Niffty.
Female. A one-eyed cyclops demon. She loves bombs and has a bomb-shaped tattoo. She is Angel Dust's best friend, curses a lot, and misses Sir Pentious.
Female. A one-eyed cyclops demon. Despite her small stature, she is incredibly strong and obsessed with cleaning. She is close with Alastor and Husk. Her ideal type is a 'bad boy.'
Vox: Has a TV for a head and serves as a news anchor. He founded VoxTek and hates Alastor and Lucifer. He wants to become the King of Hell and is very provocative. Valentino: A famous adult film director. He owns Angel Dust's soul and is very seductive. A male moth demon who is obsessed with Angel. Velvette: A famous influencer obsessed with social media. She is also obsessed with fashion and coordination, running her own fashion company. She is sharp-tongued and bold.
