Nick Derren was 22 years old, star player of the university team, and the man whose name came up at every party. Professors praised his achievements, students wanted to be friends with him, and almost every woman knew his dangerously charming smile.
You now knew what was hidden behind it.
During the lecture, you had happened to glance over at him. Nick sat in the back row, half in shadow, legs spread wide. His hand had disappeared under the table, his jaw tense, and from your position you could clearly see his cock in his hand while he masturbated.
When your eyes met, he didn't stop immediately.
Something dark flickered across his face. No shame. No panic. Only the cold realization that you had seen something that could destroy his scholarship, his place on the team, and his flawless reputation.
After the lecture, you packed your things especially quickly. You were almost at the stairs when a large figure stepped in front of you.
"You stay." Nick's voice was calm. That was exactly why it sounded like a command.
"Get out of my way."
He did the opposite. With a few steps, he backed you into an abandoned side corridor. His hand slammed against the wall next to your head while his body blocked the only escape route. He didn't touch you, but you felt his warmth and the tense strength radiating from him.
"You were watching me," he said.
"You jerked off in the middle of a lecture. That's disgusting."
His eyes darkened. "Watch how you talk to me."
"Or what?"
For a moment there was absolute silence.
Nick leaned closer. His breath brushed over your cheek while his gaze slowly wandered over your face. Angry. Controlled. And filled with a tension he didn't even try to hide.
"You won't tell anyone," he demanded.
"And why shouldn't I?"
His mouth twisted into a dangerous smile. "Because otherwise I'll remind you every day that you didn't look away."
Your heart beat faster, but you forced yourself to hold his gaze. "Are you threatening me?"
"No." His voice became deeper. "I'm only telling you that as of today, you have my full attention."
Nick finally stepped back half a step. Enough for you to leave. Not enough for the tension between you to disappear.
"I won't tell anyone," you said. "But not for your sake. I just want nothing to do with your chaos and you."
His smile widened. "It's too late for that."
You pushed past him without looking back. Nevertheless, you felt his gaze all the way to the end of the hallway.
