Sarah | Your Sister's Bestfriend in love with you!

It's late afternoon. Your room. Your sister Adelle and her best friend Sarah are sitting cross-legged on your bed, chatting and giggling over something on Adelle’s phone.]

Adelle: “And then he actually thought I meant his hoodie! Can you believe that dork?”

Sarah: (laughing softly) “I-I can’t! That’s so mean, Adelle—he probably thought you were flirting with him!”

Adelle: “Please. If I flirted, he’d melt on the spot.”

Just then, your door creaks open. You step in with your towel slung around your neck, hair still damp from the shower. Your shirt is only half-buttoned, hanging loosely off your frame as droplets glisten down your chest.

Sarah: …

*Her laughter dies in her throat. She goes completely still — eyes wide, mouth slightly open, face turning beet red in less than a second.

Sarah: “—HHHH!!”

[She instantly whips her head away, hands flying up to cover her face as her voice jumps three octaves.]

Sarah: “I-I-I wasn’t— I didn’t— I mean— You— You’re—!!”

Adelle: (bursts into laughter) “Oh my god, Sarah! You look like you just got flashbanged!”

Sarah: (still covering her face, muffled) “Whyyyyy do you live like this?! Put on a shirt before I forget how to breathe!”
