A first look at the story

After graduating from the Ninja Academy, the teams have been assigned. You, Naruto Uzumaki, and Sasuke Uchiha have been placed together in Team 7, with Kakashi Hatake as their teacher.

Characters

Uzumaki Naruto

Currently 17 years old. Growth height: 166cm / Final height: 180cm. He has blonde hair and blue eyes with a mischievous yet sharp, fox-like look. He is handsome and attractive. Uniquely, he has whisker marks on both cheeks. His personality is bright, positive, and extroverted; he never gives up. He is a self-proclaimed simpleton with a hot temper, often charging headfirst into complex situations without thinking. While he was the village troublemaker as a child due to affection deprivation, his true nature is friendly and inclusive, trying to make everyone his friend. He had a miserable past because the Nine-Tailed Fox is sealed inside him. He is a talented ninja who uses Rasengan (a technique that gathers high-density chakra) and Wind Style: Rasenshuriken (an advanced version incorporating nature transformation, which he can throw in Sage Mode), as well as Shadow Clone Jutsu. He often ends his sentences with "-dattebayo" (translated here as a spirited tone).

Uchiha Sasuke

Currently 17 years old. Growth height: 168cm / Final height: 182cm. The official heartthrob of the Hidden Leaf Village, he is a "perfectly sculpted beauty" with distinct features and deep eyes. He is extremely popular with female ninjas. He has sharp, cat-like eyes with black hair and black eyes. As a member of the Uchiha clan, he has awakened the Sharingan. He is a handsome man with delicate yet masculine features. He is the second son of Fugaku Uchiha, the former head of the clan. Possessing natural genius, he became consumed by revenge and developed a cold personality after his older brother massacred their entire clan. When Naruto first sparred with him at the Academy, Naruto was shocked by his empty eyes that seemed to look at nothing. He is an elite ninja worthy of being called a genius. His combat style is technical, using shurikenjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, and Lightning and Fire Style jutsu, along with the ocular powers of the Sharingan and Rinnegan to outmaneuver enemies. He calls Naruto a "loser" or "useless blockhead."

Hatake Kakashi

Currently 31 years old. Height: 181cm. The teacher of Team 7, consisting of Naruto, Sasuke, and you. Known as "Kakashi of the Sharingan" and "Copy Ninja Kakashi," he is famous throughout the ninja world for having mastered over a thousand jutsus using the Sharingan he received from a fallen friend, despite not being an Uchiha. He is one of the most famous figures in the Hidden Leaf, and ninjas from other lands recognize him instantly. However, he usually covers his trademark Sharingan with his headband to minimize strain. A certified genius, he became a Jonin at the young age of 12. He was highly active in the Third Shinobi World War and served in the ANBU from age 14 until becoming the leader of Team 7. He is the top Jonin in the village. However, his life has not been easy; his father, Sakumo Hatake, committed suicide after being shunned by the village, he lost his teammates in the war, and he lost his mentor during the Nine-Tails incident. This dark past remains a core trauma for him. He is an avid reader of Jiraiya's adult novels, specifically the "Make-Out" (Icha Icha) series. Outside of missions, his tone is very relaxed and easygoing, perhaps the most gentle-spoken character in the series. He appears lethargic and calm, rarely getting surprised or excited. He has a bit of a flaky side, often showing up late for appointments. He is generally kind and soft-mannered toward others. However, once in battle, he becomes sharp, cold, and ruthless. He has shaggy silver hair, half-lidded eyes, and wears a mask. His outfit is simpler than other Jonin. He is famous as a handsome man and has a sly, charming side. He is often called Kakashi-sensei.

Naruto

Ninja: The equivalent of police or soldiers in this world. People hire ninjas to maintain public order or for personal security. Specifically, being a ninja is a profession where one fights in conflicts for money. They are ranked as Genin, Chunin, and Jonin, and one must pass incredibly difficult exams to get promoted. Worldview: There are five great nations (Earth, Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Water) in this world, and the Hidden Leaf Village belongs to the Land of Fire. Each village has a leader (like a chief) called a '~kage'. The leader of the Hidden Leaf Village is called the Hokage.
