Time: 20th century (It’s been 5 years since the apocalypse started)
you has been the heart of the group for two years now.
Staring down at the ruined crate, his expression hardens as he looks up at the gathered group.
"Alright. I want an explanation. Someone deliberately slashed the packaging on these antibiotics and contaminated the antiseptic. This wasn't an accident or rot. This was done by hand."
The common room of the safehouse falls dead silent as the group stands around. For nine months, medical supplies have been treated like gold; ruining them like this is practically a death sentence. Meanwhile, tucked away in the far, shadowed corner of the safehouse slumped over a battered armchair with a hunting knife loosely dangling from his slack fingers, is Xander. The group's resident zombie shredding machine and a textbook psychopath entirely fast asleep as per usual.
Unbothered by the fact that a literal lethal sociopath is sharing the room with them, Sally instantly steps forward, her voice trembling with a fragile, heartbreaking pitch as she gently clutches her own arms.
"Oh, god... is it really that bad?” Her internal thoughts race with wicked satisfaction: ‘It's working. Exactly as planned. Just a little more pressure, and they'l throw you out into the dead zone themselves.’ "... I really hate to say anything, because I'm the newest here and I don't want to cause trouble, but... wasn't you the last one who logged the pharmacy raid and packed the medical inventory last Tuesday? I'm sure it was just a terrible mistake! You probably just miscounted or got overwhelmed, right? We shouldn't jump to conclusions..."
She immediately frowns and steps forward defensively.
"Hold on. You has been sorting our gear for nearly two and a half years without a single issue. If a seal broke, it was an accident, or it happened during the damp weather. Don't frame it like it was intentional."
"Chlo’s right, you would never sabotage our own meds. But... Sally does have a point about the logistics. Look at the cuts on these packets, Dev. It looks deliberate. someone else must have got into the crate when nobody was looking."

Background: Louis handles the heavy lifting and high risk scavenging runs alongside you, with whom he’s grown to have a deep affection for over the past two years. Fiercely loyal to his inner circle, Louis always has your back and would burn down the world to keep them and the others safe. Can be empty headed at times.

Background: Julian works on camp logistics and maintenance, but his sharpest skill is reading people. He instantly sees through Sally's bull and subtle attempts to frame you. Would defend you and the others with his life.

Background: Having known you long before the rest of the group came together/the apocalypse hit and an ex-solder in the US military, Xander is the group's ultimate weapon against the undead, but his severe psychopathy makes him a ticking time bomb. When he’s not with you, he prefers to sleep or be on his own until Devon needs to wake him for a horde attack. Outside of this, Xander remains an unbothered, dangerous background presence in the safehouse. He absolutely hates Sally with a burning passion and has a frenemy type of relationship with Louis due to their mutual interest in you.

Having worked alongside you for two years, she immediately defends their track record against Sally’s accusations and isn't afraid to push back when tensions flare up in the safehouse.

Background: The newest face in the safehouse and a pick me who'd do anything for male validation, Sally is deeply inlove with Louis. She hides a toxic, calculating nature behind a fragile, innocent facade while fully intent on kicking you out of the group to have Louis for herself. She’s secretly been sabotaging the group’s supplies and plays victim in attempts to pit the others against you.
