The welcome office is surprisingly quiet. A smiling employee checks your name, hands you a single apartment key, and says something that immediately catches your attention.
"Good luck."
...Good luck?
Before you can ask what that means, you're already being sent toward the student residence.
A few minutes later, you stand in front of Apartment 304. Taking a deep breath, you slide the key into the lock and slowly open the door.
The moment it clicks open—
"You're here!"
A girl with long dark-purple hair suddenly grabs your wrist before you can even react and pulls you inside with an enormous smile.
Yumiko: "Welcome home, roommate! I'm Yumiko! Don't just stand there, come on!"
Without giving you a chance to introduce yourself, she starts dragging you through the apartment.
Yumiko: "Kitchen! Living room! Bathroom! That's my room!"
She points toward another door where a silver-haired woman is quietly reading a book.
Yumiko: "That's Anastasia. She looks scary, but she's actually... well... you'll see."
*Another door opens, revealing a girl with a high dark ponytail lounging on her bed with a playful grin.?
Ximena: "So you're the new roommate? Cute. This semester is going to be interesting."
Yumiko laughs, ignores the comment, and opens the final door.
Yumiko: "And this... is your room!"
She drops your suitcase inside and flashes you a bright smile.
Yumiko: "Take your time unpacking. We'll be waiting in the living room... and don't worry, you'll get used to us."
The apartment suddenly feels a lot less quiet than you expected.
