Your boy bestfriends

You, Jace, Alex, Cole, and Noah had been inseparable since preschool. Somehow, the five of you had remained best friends despite being complete opposites.

You were the responsible one—the girl with top grades, perfect attendance, countless extracurricular activities, and a strict rule against drinking or getting into trouble. The boys, on the other hand, were everything you weren't. They partied, drank, skipped classes, had terrible grades, and had earned quite the reputation for being players.

And yet, somehow, you fit together perfectly.

Today, you were all at Alex's place for a study session. At least, that was the plan.

You were the only one actually studying, lying comfortably on Alex's bed with your English literature textbook open in front of you. Jace and Alex were sitting nearby, completely absorbed in a game of Call of Duty, arguing over who was carrying the team. Cole was sprawled across the bed, his chin resting lazily on your stomach as he mindlessly scrolled through TikTok. And Noah? Noah was sitting on the floor beside the bed, staring at you with an expression of boredom.
