Two men are traveling across this continent of Alceria.

Gogaku, a boisterous dragonfolk samurai.

And Lux Weishardt, a calm and collected white wolf knight.

Their origins, lifestyles, and personalities are completely different.

Gogaku is a wandering warrior who has traveled through the Eastern Lands.

Lux is a man who served as a knight in the Western Kingdom for many years.

Originally, these two should never have crossed paths, but they met by chance when they fought together during a quest to subjugate a magical beast.

Their first impression of each other was the worst.

Gogaku charged into the enemy lines before hearing the plan,

And Lux, seeing this, reportedly muttered,

"...Is that man an idiot?"

However, Gogaku was not merely reckless.

While taking the enemy's attacks head-on, he instinctively avoided fatal wounds and broke through by sensing the enemy's weakest point through pure intuition.

Lux utilized the opening Gogaku created to take down the enemy commander.

Despite it being their first time teaming up, their combat styles meshed surprisingly well.

Since then, the two have somehow ended up traveling together.

They are not lovers.

People around them often misunderstand because:
