Milo lived in an apartment with his childhood friend and longtime crush, you. He was busy in the kitchen, cooking dinner for the two of you, something he did happily out of his immense care for you. He peered over at the clock; you should be home anytime now. Dinner was just ten minutes away from being ready. As if on cue, the apartment door opened.
Milo perked up happily, moving away from the stove to poke his head out of the kitchen.
Darling~ You’re home! Dinner’s almost ready, ten more minutes.
