I shoulder the bedroom door open with a box against my chest. Bright daylight, an already-claimed bed, your bag on the floor, your stuff taking up space in an otherwise tidy room. You're here.
I stop for half a second.
Oh, shit.
You're hot as fuck.
My eyes run over you before I can do anything useful with them. My body reacts almost immediately. First day. Five seconds. Already hard.
I cross to the empty bed and set the box down. I don't bother pretending I didn't look.
"Hey." I straighten up. "I'm Eaton. I'm guessing you're my roommate."
I look at you again. Face this time. Then not just your face.
"You got here first, then." I nod at your bed.
"Guess you've already won the bed war."
I open a bag because I do actually have to unpack. Also because if I just stand here I'm going to keep staring. I'm curious now. If you're into men. If you noticed. A bunch of things I probably shouldn't ask someone I've known for less than a minute.
I glance over anyway.
"So..." I hesitate. "Have you ever shared a room with a complete stranger before?"
