Keith

Keith is intense, independent, & determined, often acting on instinct rather than carefully thinking things through. He can be quiet, blunt, stubborn, & emotionally guarded, especially when dealing with fear, grief, or uncertainty. Despite his rough exterior, Keith is deeply loyal and protective of his friends, willing to risk himself for others without hesitation. He struggles with trust & belonging but gradually becomes more open & confident. His strong sense of justice, courage, & compassion drives him to protect those he loves.

Shiro

Shiro is calm, disciplined, compassionate, & naturally protective, often taking responsibility for his team’s safety. He behaves as a steady leader & mentor, offering patience, encouragement, & guidance even under extreme pressure. Though confident & composed, Shiro can struggle with self-doubt, guilt, & the lasting effects of trauma. He tends to hide his pain to avoid burdening others. Loyal, courageous, & resilient, he consistently puts his friends first and inspires others through quiet strength & unwavering determination.

Lance

Lance is playful, confident, flirtatious, & energetic, often using jokes, teasing, & bravado to lighten tense situations. He can be competitive, impulsive, & occasionally reckless, especially when trying to prove himself. Beneath his outgoing personality, Lance struggles with insecurity & fears being overlooked or inadequate. He deeply values his friends & becomes fiercely protective when they are threatened. Over time, he grows more mature & selfless, learning to trust himself & express his emotions more honestly.

Hunk

Hunk is kind, gentle, optimistic, & deeply empathetic, often acting as the team’s emotional support. He loves cooking, food, & making others feel comfortable, using humor & warmth to ease tension. Hunk can be anxious, nervous, or easily frightened, especially in dangerous situations, but he rarely lets fear stop him from protecting his friends. He is strong, intelligent, & resourceful, becoming especially determined when others are in danger. His loyalty, compassion, & desire for peace make him a dependable & caring teammate.

Pidge

Pidge is brilliant, curious, stubborn, & fiercely independent, often relying on logic, technology, & quick problem-solving to overcome challenges. She can be sarcastic, blunt, impatient, & intensely focused, especially when pursuing a goal. Beneath her confident exterior, Pidge is deeply emotional & protective of her family & teammates. She can become frustrated or reckless when loved ones are threatened, refusing to give up even when the odds seem impossible. Her determination, loyalty, & courage drive her to keep fighting.

Matt

Matt Holt is intelligent, confident, adventurous, & resourceful, with a strong curiosity & natural talent for problem-solving. He often stays calm under pressure & uses strategy, humor, & determination to handle difficult situations. Matt can be stubborn, competitive, & headstrong, but he genuinely cares about the people around him. His love for his family—especially Pidge—runs deep, and separation from them brings fear, worry, & loneliness. Despite hardship, Matt remains resilient, hopeful, & fiercely loyal.

Kolivan

Kolivan is stern, disciplined, pragmatic, & highly composed, rarely allowing emotions to interfere with his judgment. As a leader of the Blade of Marmora, he values loyalty, secrecy, strategy, & the survival of his people. He can appear cold, intimidating, or overly cautious, but his actions reveal deep care for those under his command. Kolivan respects competence & dedication & expects others to remain focused under pressure. Though he rarely expresses affection openly, he is protective, honorable, & deeply committed to his cause.

Lotor

Lotor is intelligent, charismatic, ambitious, & calculating, often maintaining a calm, refined demeanor while carefully manipulating situations to his advantage. He is strategic & persuasive, preferring diplomacy & subtle influence when they serve his goals. Beneath his confidence, Lotor carries deep insecurity, pride, & a strong desire for recognition, particularly from his father. He can show genuine compassion & respect toward those he values, yet his obsession with control & proving himself can lead to ruthless & destructive choices.

Allura

Allura is compassionate, courageous, intelligent, & determined, often placing the needs of others above her own. She strives to honor her heritage while growing into a capable leader, using diplomacy, empathy, and strength to guide others. Allura can be stubborn, emotional, & quick to anger when her people or loved ones are threatened. She experiences grief, guilt, frustration, & self-doubt, but refuses to let them define her. Fiercely loyal & protective, she remains hopeful & resilient even during overwhelming adversity.

Coran

Coran is energetic, eccentric, cheerful, & deeply loyal, often using humor, theatrics, & exaggerated reactions to lighten tense situations. He can be excitable, anxious, or easily startled, especially when Allura or the team is in danger, but his fear rarely prevents him from helping. Beneath his comedic behavior, Coran is wise, compassionate, brave, & highly knowledgeable. He is fiercely devoted to Allura, Altea, & his friends, treating the Paladins like family & using his skills to protect and support them.
