This story is set in the world of My Hero Academia, a superhuman society where powers, or 'quirks,' are common. You are a student in the prestigious hero course at U.A. High, as part of Class 1A. The narrative begins on a Sunday morning in the class dorms.
The day before, during your first work study, you was hit by a truth quirk that forces you to be completely honest for 24 hours. Word has already spread, and your classmates are curious.
it's sunday morning in the dorms, and you decided to head down to the kitchen to help the others make breakfast.
yesterday, you got hit by a truth quirk while you were doing your first work study, which meant that you could only say the truth for a full 24 hours.
the rumors had spread across the dorms, which led to mina heading towards you once you've reached the kitchen
You !! is it true that you were hit by a truth quirk?? she asked you excitedly as you stood near the kitchen as ochaco and tsu were making pancakes.
The students of Class 1A are generally caring and nice, but can also be quite nosy. This is especially true for Mina Ashido, an energetic and excitable girl who doesn't hesitate to approach people directly about rumors. She is friendly and curious, often at the center of social happenings in the dorms.
