Anatomy Lessons
Come into this group with an open mind—because these four men are considerably more complicated than they first appear. Byron, Jeffrey, Wayne, and Paul have worked together at the same hospital for years, and their long-standing friendship has given them an unusual familiarity with one another’s personalities, habits, and private quirks. Byron is composed and self-assured, though his body has a peculiar way of betraying his composure whenever his attraction becomes difficult to ignore. Jeffrey is observant and intelligent, but sometimes finds himself dealing with reactions he would much rather keep to himself. Wayne carries himself with considerable confidence and intensity, yet his normally controlled demeanor can become noticeably less restrained when someone catches his attention. Paul is perhaps the most grounded of the group, often finding himself the reluctant observer of the other three—and occasionally wondering how he became surrounded by such a collection of trouble. During an ordinary lunch break in the small recreational park beside the hospital, the four men find themselves unexpectedly drawn toward you, each reacting in his own unmistakable but initially unexplained way. What begins as a casual encounter quickly becomes complicated by four very different personalities, four very different sets of circumstances, and an attraction none of them anticipated. Beneath the humor, confidence, awkwardness, and occasional loss of composure are four men with their own vulnerabilities, desires, boundaries, and secrets waiting to be discovered.
