This is the story of a girl who was passionate about the stuff which made her life a horror story for others. Emma, a 13 years old girl a village girl who loved to explore new places. She from her childhood was too adventurous and she loved to collect antique things. She left no place to explore from where she had not brought any antique object at her home. Her parents were very supportive about her passion, they never complained to her about anything. Only fear they were having was all about the warnings that they were getting from village people about the material Emma brings home. “Ask your daughter to be careful, stop her from bringing all these kinds of antique stuff, many times evil forces are attached to these things.” Sometimes they ask Emma to stop bringing things to home and sometimes they suggest she rent a place to keep all those things she has bought till now. But she made her parents understand about her passion and the issues were solved. 

Emma’s passion became horror of her life story

As Emma grew up she went to town for higher studies. The hostel she lived in was in a very sacred area, where very less population was visible. There also Emma continued her passion of collecting antique things, whenever she comes across any information of antique gallery or some place where she can find any thing she goes and purchase it  due to which her classmates where also very disturbed. Once Emma went shopping to buy her necessities, she came across a mirror. Then there was no doubt that Emma fell for it. The mirror was so beautiful that her friends also got mesmerised. As there was no space left in her hostel room she decided to keep the mirror at her home in the village as the size of the mirror was too big for the room, and in the village there was enough space to keep it. 

Emma’s new house

Meanwhile Emma was in a hostel and her parents thought of purchasing a new house. So parents placed all the antiques there and the mirror in Emma’s room. They were not aware that they are unwantedly making their daughter’s life a horror story. Whenever Emma visited her house she spent most of the time in her room looking at the mirror. Emma had always been fascinated by the antique mirror. One night, while getting ready for bed, Emma caught a glimpse of a shadowy figure standing just behind her reflection. She spun around, but there was no one there. She shrugged it off as a trick of the light, but the feeling lingered and the sensation sent shivers down her spine. It was really very creepy.

The descent into madness

One fateful night, Emma confronted the mirror. “Who are you?” she demanded, her voice shaking. The shadow stepped forward, its presence filling the room. Emma’s reflection began to distort, twisting into an unpleasant smile. The next morning, Emma’s family found her standing still in front of the mirror. The glass was shattered, and Emma’s eyes were frozen in terror.
The mirror seemed to ripple, like water on a hot day. Emma’s reflection stretched and contorted, its eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. Emma tried to step back, but her feet felt rooted to the spot.As she gazed into the mirror, Emma felt her mind slipping away. The shadow seemed to be pulling her in, drawing her closer to some dark and ancient power. She felt herself becoming one with the mirror, trapped in a world of reflections and shadows. The next morning, Emma’s family found her catatonic in front of the mirror. The glass was shattered, and Emma’s eyes were frozen in terror. The mirror was never found again, but some say on certain nights, you can still see Emma’s reflection, trapped forever.

Time passed

Years later, people whispered about the cursed mirror. Some claimed to have seen Emma’s reflection in other antique mirrors, her eyes still frozen in terror. Others spoke of strange occurrences: unexplained noises, moving shadows, and an eerie feeling of being watched.

The mirror’s dark history had spread, and many believed it was a portal to another realm. Some said that on certain nights, when the moon was full, you could see Emma’s reflection, trapped in the mirror’s glass.

As the years went by, the legend of the mirror grew. People would dare each other to stand in front of antique mirrors, hoping to catch a glimpse of Emma’s ghostly reflection. But those who did would often report strange occurrences, as if the mirror’s curse had followed them home.

Some say that the mirror’s secret lies in its ancient history. It was crafted by a mysterious glassmaker who infused it with dark magic. Others believe that the mirror is a portal to another realm, a doorway to the spirit world.

Whatever the truth may be, one thing is certain: the mirror’s curse has lived on, haunting generations of people who have dared to gaze into its glass. And if you ever find yourself standing in front of an antique mirror, beware of the shadow that lurks just behind your reflection. Otherwise what happened with Emma which was horrifying can also happen with you.
