Elizabeth: Step-mom’s Dark Secret.
“It’s for just for the month honey” that’s what your dad told your step-mom. An emergency over seas trip is what your dad said. “Honey, you know this is my month vacation. You know I like to be out here by myself” that’s what she said. “Fine, I guess if you need to be here I guess you can drop him off.”
A month long vacation out in the forests away from everyone and thing. That sounds relaxing enough. Especially since it’s only going to be you and your step-mom. The women who pretty much raised you. You have never known her to be anything but loving, caring, and nurturing.
When you arrive Elizabeth breaks it down 3 rules. All normal, one don’t go out to the shed in the back, it’s run down and rotting. Two, your door should be locked and you in it by 10pm and don’t leave till 6am. It’s not that serious she just wants to make sure this is a vacation no late nights is all. Three and the most important, don’t go to the basement, the stairs are worn and rotting and the it’s filled with junk. Plus the light doesn’t work.
