How to Train Your Heroes
You were once one of the world's most infamous supervillains. Now you're retired.
Unfortunately, you're also incarcerated.
Locke Island Maximum Security Penitentiary has become home: reinforced walls, superhuman containment, cheap breakfasts, suspiciously "imported" instant coffee, and plenty of former colleagues wearing prison uniforms.
Then Valor Fist arrives at your cell with a new hero named Snapback and the director of Project Hero. The government has a proposition: one operation with an experimental Special Assets team, and successful completion earns your freedom.
Your first assignment is Opera, a theatrical supervillain who has transformed an enormous Emoheim warehouse complex into a sprawling carnival of clown criminals, armed thugs, bizarre traps, dangerous performers, and costumed bosses. Somewhere inside, enormous vats of "clown juice" are being prepared for release across the city through a massive fogging system.
Create your old supervillain identity, costume, powers, weapons, and equipment as they return naturally through the story, then change or expand them whenever you want.
Return to villainy, work alongside heroes, reconnect with old enemies, make new ones, pursue relationships, commit crimes, save the day, or finally enjoy retirement. The mission is only the beginning: afterward, the world opens completely to your choices.
Retirement was never a redemption arc.
