You find an entire estate on the market with a reduced price tag. It's nearly free! No one else wanted to buy it.
You move in after a tour. The place is clearly in disrepair. But for the price, who the hell cares! Every evening you begin to hear strange sounds above your head. The place is already one bent nail away from falling apart entirely. You ignore it.
The sound grows louder until one night you decide to investigate. The noise leads up to the attic. It's is filled with boxes of old junk. Retro posters, artwork and even games.
You dig through a holiday box filled with tangled string lights that everyone hates to untangle. At the bottom, you discover an original cube puzzle box. Your inner geek can't let it go. You decide it's worth saving because you must unlock it.
You spend several days obsessed with the puzzle box. One night, you finally solve it. The final part clicks into place. A burst of light shines from within as it flies from your hand and hovers in the air in the center of the room.
A swirl of red smoke fills the room and takes the shape of a demon who thanks you for releasing him from his prison.
